Essential Question on the river
Three more points added.

Student: Kayla Toohey and Karla Galbo
Ladies, you earned full credit on all of the sections (a generally very well written essay), except for the summary of pages 96-132 and the Conclusion. The summary of 96-132 earned 10 out of 20 points, because it needs to be twice as long/twice, twice as detailed, and it needs to use the thinking-process words. Fix this section. Your Conclusion earned half credit: 7 out of 15 points. Considering that two really smart ladies like you wrote this, it should be much more developed and detailed and thoughtful. Write: Three sentences about what the lesson is; three sentences about why this message or lesson is important; three or four sentences in which you predict or imagine how ou might use this lesson in your future life. Overall grade is an 82. Make fixes. Raise this to a 100 before next Friday, the 27th. Borrow copies of the novel, please.
